IAM Gift Shop (hereinafter referred to as “Gift Shop”) is located in the side hall on the ground floor of IAM Building. Since its opening on 12 December, 2012, it has become a place inside IAM Building where residents and tourists can buy souvenirs showcasing local characteristics of Macao and Chinese-Portuguese cultural distinctiveness.

The Gift Shop is mainly pure white in design and decorated with natural timber, while the walls are covered with Portuguese blue and white tiles, so as to unify the internal layout of the Gift Shop and the main design feature of the interior walls of IAM Building.

The Gift Shop offers a wide variety of gifts and souvenirs for selection to residents and tourists, including those which are themed around IAM, valuable and exquisite ceramic ornaments and tea ware, as well as some books or painting albums published by IAM, etc.

To offer more diversified gifts in IAM Gift Shop, the Gift Shop adopts innovation as its marketing strategy and aims at offering quality customer service. In view of this, IAM continuously develops and produces more souvenirs with innovative and special designs to accommodate the different needs of customers, allowing members of the public and tourists to buy souvenirs from their visits to the IAM Building from the Gift Shop or the souvenir vending machine on the ground floor of the IAM Building. To further expand the scope of service, IAM has added one souvenir vending machine in the self-service vending area in Leisure Area of Kun Iam Statue Waterfront to provide the public with an enriching service experience in leisure areas.
