In order to make good use of the land and respond to the needs of the public for recreational facilities for children and teenagers, the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) has used the land next to Hac Sá Beach Park to temporarily set up the Hac Sá Off-Roading Track, which has been open to the public since December last year. To increase fun elements and convenience for the public, bike rental service is added to the track starting from 10:00 am on 23 November, and can be used via online booking and on-site queuing. Parents are also welcome to bring their children with their own non-electric bikes/balance bikes to the track.
The public can make bookings through the “Advance Booking System for Visiting Green Facilities (Individual)” at https://app.iam.gov.mo/gfbooking/spring starting from 23 November, and go to the track at the scheduled time to rent bikes. The price is MOP10 per hour, and each ticket is limited to one entry and can be used for a maximum of one hour. The bikes for rent are suitable for people with a height of about 130 cm to 160 cm to use in the track. Users are required to follow the safety instructions of on-site personnel, pay attention to safety and driving directions. For safety reasons, it is also recommended that users prepare and properly wear safety protection equipment including helmets, wrist pads, elbow pads, knee pads or goggles.
The Hac Sá Off-Roading Track is located in a temporary green land next to Hac Sá Beach Park. It adopts an environmentally friendly design concept. The cycling tracks are paved with natural sand and stones, and they are undulating to increase the fun and challenge of cycling. The opening hours of the track are from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm on Tuesdays to Sundays and public holidays from May to October; from 09:00 am to 05:00 pm on Tuesdays to Sundays and public holidays from November to April of the following year. The venue is closed on Mondays. If Monday is a public holiday, the track is open as usual and closed on the following working day.
