Seac Pai Van Activity Centre
Seac Pai Van Activity Centre is located on the sixth floor of Seac Pai Van Community Complex. Occupying an area of about 2,500 square metres, it is the first activity centre set up in Islands district. Membership system is implemented in the centre and some facilities are available for members’ use only. Residents are welcomed to register as members and membership is free of charge.

Facilities of Seac Pai Van Activity Centre include:
Children’s play area – A children’s play area is available in the centre. The area is divided into a toddlers’ area for children aged 0 to 3 and a children’s area for children aged 4 to 12. Users enter the play area in time sessions, and each time session lasts 50 minutes. Users are required to be accompanied by parents or adult caregivers, take off their shoes and wear socks when they use the facility. In addition to waiting for their turns at the activity centre, the public can also make bookings by using the booking of venues and facilities function with their “Macao One Account”. The venue is closed from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily for cleaning.
Badminton Courts-When there is no activity at the Auditorium, it is divided into two badminton courts for members use. The rent for each court is MOP20.00 per hour. The rules for use can be downloaded at the link below.

Computer Information Room-There are 12 computers for members to borrow for free.
Art and Culture Rooms-There are two Art and Culture Rooms in the centre, which members may borrow for free to carry out community art and culture activities such as singing and dancing.
Table Tennis Room-There are two table tennis tables with provision of rackets and table tennis balls for members to borrow.
Exclusive Zone for the Elderly-Elderly members who are over 60 years old can exclusively enjoy small fitness equipment to relax their body and mind.
In addition, over 10 newspapers of the day in Chinese, English and Portuguese and over 20 popular magazines are provided in the centre for residents to read for free. In view of the needs of students in the district, the Study Room is set up in the centre to provide students with a place for self-study or homework discussion. It is hoped that an indoor leisure and relaxation venue can be provided for members of the public.
Auditorium
The Auditorium of the centre is available for legal associations, schools, public or private organisations, etc. which are registered in Macao Special Administrative Region to apply for rental in order to organise non-profit-making cultural, recreational and sports activities.
