The Integrated Services Centre centralises the processing of all municipal services in one place to provide members of the public with convenient, fast and quality “one-stop” municipal services, further implementing the service principle of “citizen-oriented”.
The Integrated Services Centre occupies an area of 1,726 square metres with a total of four service zones including Zone A – Integrated Municipal Affairs, Zone B – License for Food and Beverage Establishments and Enquiry about Administrative Infractions, Zone C – Health Inspection and Food Safety Affairs, and Zone D – Administrative Licenses and Cemetery Affairs. There are 21 service counters in total, providing nearly 100 types of municipal services. The waiting area has about 60 seats and is equipped with multimedia audio-visual broadcasting system to remind members of the public about processing procedures and broadcast information about the Municipal Affairs Bureau. In addition, the centre houses the Food Premises Facilities and Food Safety Information Showroom, business centre, hearing room, conference room, and etc.
