The Integrated Services Centre centralises the processing of all municipal services in one place to provide members of the public with convenient, fast and quality “one-stop” municipal services, further putting the service principle of “resident-oriented” into practice.
The Integrated Services Centre has two external service zones, namely Zone A – Integrated Municipal Affairs and Zone B – License for Food and Beverage Establishments and Enquiry about Administrative Infractions. There are 11 service counters in total, offering close to a hundred items of municipal services. The waiting area is equipped with multimedia audio-visual broadcasting system to remind members of the public about processing procedures and broadcast information about the Municipal Affairs Bureau. In addition, the centre houses the Food Premises Facilities and Food Safety Information Showroom, hearing room, conference room and other facilities.
