How to process

Required Document:

1. Application form for extension of right of use of tomb for one year(009/DHA/DHAL);
2. A clear photocopy of the identification document of the applicant.
Documents to be presented: The original identification document of the applicant is required to be produced.

Granting extension of right of use of ordinary tombs for one year: MOP 1,500.00
Form fee: Not Applicable
Stamp Duty: 10% of the application fee

Processing time: 3 working days

Remarks/ points to note for application

Important note:

1. An application made with reason(s) for postponement of exhumation may be granted an exception of postponement for a maximum of one year;
2.The extension of burial period for one year is counted from the expiry date of the right of use of tomb and not the application date;
3. For a late application for extension of right of use of ordinary tomb, exhumation can be carried out only after paying double the fee for extension of right of use of tombs.
