How to process

Required Document: 1. Application form (FormatMod. 015/DFHAL/DHAL); 2. Photocopy of identification document(s); 3. Photocopy of document certifying the business tax or of rental receipt of market stall; 4. If the applicant is a company, the form should be submitted together with a photocopy of the Official Gazette in which its establishment was published or a photocopy of its business registration certificate.
Documents to be presented: The applicant should produce the original of the identity document(s) for verification

Important note: An instrument user should use accurate instruments and reliable equipment or tools at places where weighing and measuring are necessary in transactions of goods or products. If he/she believes that a measuring device should be rechecked or recalibrated, he/she can apply to the IAM for recalibration and pays the relevant fees.
