How to process

Required Document:
For change of particulars of license holders:
1. Signed application form for change of information pertaining to the respective license of the license holder;
2. Legible photocopy of identity document(s) of the license holder;
3. For change of address, the license holders are required to submit supporting documents bearing the address of the place where the dog(s) is/are kept (e.g. water bill or electricity bill).

For change of license holder:
1. Declaration for Transfer of Ownership signed by the original license holder;
2. Application form for information update signed by the new license holder;
3. Original or legible photocopy of International Vaccination Certificate;
4a. Legible photocopies of identity document(s) of the original license holder and of the new license holder; or
4b. Legible photocopy of the M7-Business Tax Form issued by the Financial Services Bureau to the original company which hold the respective license;
4c. Legible photocopy of the M8-Business Tax Form issued by the Financial Services Bureau to the original company which hold the respective license;
5. supporting documents bearing the address of the place where the dog(s) is/are kept by the new license holders(e.g. water bill or electricity bill).

Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
2. Macao Municipal Kennel:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
3. Coloane Municipal Kennel:
Monday, 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (no lunch break, closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)
