The online services for dog licenses of IAM have been integrated into the service platforms of “Macao One Account” and “Business & Associations Platform”. License holders can access services such as enquiries concerning information about their licenses, immediate online processing of license renewal, change of personal information and bookings for vaccination against rabies by logging in to their accounts on the mentioned platforms and entering the “Dog License” service page.​ In particular, valid proof of vaccination against rabies is required for processing the service for online renewal of “dog license”.

To encourage and promote neutering of pets, registration and renewal of licenses for all neutered dogs can be processed at a concessionary fee after information update and verification by the veterinarians at the Municipal Kennels.​
