The online renewal of dog license service of the Municipal Affairs Bureau (IAM) has been integrated into the “Macao One Account” service platform. License holders can process services such as license renewal and change of personal information through “Macao One Account”. IAM reminds license holders that they should update their personal contact information regularly to receive the reminders and information relevant to dog licenses, so as to safeguard the interests of their pets.

Currently, holders of dog licenses can access services such as enquiries concerning information about their licenses, immediate online processing of license renewal, change of personal information and bookings for vaccination against rabies by logging in to their “Macao One Account” and entering the “Dog License” service page. In particular, valid proof of vaccination against rabies is required for processing the service for online renewal of “dog license”. From January to October this year, there were a total of 1,843 cases of online renewal of dog licenses and a total of 885 cases of change of information processed with “Macao One Account”.

To encourage and promote neutering of pets, registration and renewal of licenses for all neutered dogs can be processed at a concessionary fee after information update and verification by the veterinarians at the Municipal Kennels.
